The Most Powerful Mind Programming CD?
Obviously before you decide which is the most powerful mind
programming CD you have to ask what kind of programming you want.
After all, there are CDs that will more or less implant certain
thoughts in your mind and others that will help program your
mind to stop thinking so much and relax. Another factor to consider
is how much you want to participate in the programming. There
are subliminal and self hypnosis programs that will presumably
do much of the work for you, but the more powerful options may
be those that require some willingness to change and some effort
on your part. With those considerations in mind, let's look at

These CDs from like Brescia are not technically subliminal,
which may be a plus. There is some doubt as to the effectiveness
of audio recordings that cannot be heard consciously. The evidence
for some recognition and effect at a less-conscious level is
actually weak. It may not be too surprising that we may need
to be able to hear something to be affected by it.
Brescias CDs repeat statements aloud, and several times each.
You can get CDs for various purposes (to have more motivation,
sleep better, overcome social anxiety, etc. You also get the
script for each CD you buy (you could make your own with that,
leaving out the affirmations that you don't want).

Secrets of Being Unstoppable
This program from Guy Finley is all about powerful ideas and
new ways to look at things. I ordered it sometime last year,
and it came a week later in a small box - 16 CDs in all. I probably
listened to them all the first week, but I returned to them again
and again. I "ripped" them on my computer and burned
them into my MP3 player (I had to learn how to do that). I can
tell you that this is his best work yet.

Holosync CDs
These are powerful brainwave entrainment CDs. Listen with
headphones on and you'll be brought to deeper levels of consciousness.
Specifically, you'll have your brain waves slowed from the usual
"beta" range (above 14 hertz) to the "alpha"
range (8 to 14 hertz) and deeper (theta and delta). My wife and
I have used these for years and she found them to great for reducing
stress. I also use them to put myself to sleep when necessary.
They essentially get you into a state that normally takes months
or years of meditation to achieve.

The Meditation Program
This is a cheaper alternative to Centerpointe's Holosync CDs.
In fact, in my experience these recordings seems to be just as
powerful, and you get all eight levels up front on six CDs (no
ongoing sales pitch for more and more expensive products). Also,
you have the option of saving even more by downloading the audios,
which also means you can be using them a few minutes from now.
There is no clear answer to the question of which is the most
powerful mind programming CD, but for less than a hundred dollars,
this product may be the one that you will give you the greatest
effect. Try it for meditation, for power naps, and use the alpha
level recordings while doing creative brainstorming.
